This is Leah Robbins, my husband Tom and I are still planning to move to Quincy. The high interest rates last year had us concerned. We hope after the election interest rates will soon be in our favor. Currently we are locked in at 2 1/2 percent. We don’t expect the rates to be that low for quite some time but hopefully better than they currently are. We won’t be moving from Arizona until next fall. We’ve been talking things over and taking another look at the floor plans on line. The two we are most interested in are the Dogwood and Cypress. We’ve decided not to deviate from the floor plans Justin offers. Could you please email a plot map of the current available lots and prices for those lots. Do you know if Justin would be willing to increase the square footage of the Dogwood front to back and side to side bring it up to the square footage of the Cypress or a different floor plan that we like?
